    Swaens boys boxers give confidence

    You cannot tell from the Swaens boys boxer that it is incontinence underwear. The 'secret' is the integrated gusset that catches splashes and drops of urine. That gives every day confidence. Available in sizes 152 and 164.

    Sustainable

    The underwear is machine washable. How sustainable is that. They last as long as any other pair of pants. They can go in the tumble dryer, but will last longer if they don't.

    Causes of urine leakage

    Urinary leakage can have several causes. Often functional urine leakage is the cause; the young person does not have good control of the muscles at the bladder. Very occasionally, urine leakage has a physical cause, such as an abnormality in the muscles. Stress incontinence is also common. The child then loses some drops of urine when the pressure (stress) on the bladder suddenly increases.
