• A-3 Payment provider, for taking care of payments and refunds;

A-1 Hosting party
For the web shop of Swaens she uses the software of Lightspeed. The Lightspeed Hosting Party has taken appropriate and sufficient technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data in order to prevent an infringement that inadvertently or unlawfully leads to the loss, destruction, modification or unauthorized disclosure of or unauthorized access to personal data, in particular where the processing involves the transmission of personal data over a network, as well as against all other unlawful forms of processing.

A-2 Mail order company
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of MyParcel (part of PostNL) for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address, e-mail and residence details with Myparcel. MyParcel uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In case MyParcel engages subcontractors, MyParcel also makes your data available to these parties.

A-3 Payment provider
We use the Mollie platform to handle a (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie will share personal information and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.

A-4 Review partner
We collect reviews via the Kiyoh platform. If you leave a review via Kiyoh then you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. Kiyoh shares this information with us so that we can link this review. You can post a review anonymously. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of services, for which we must give permission to Kiyoh. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which Kiyoh engages third parties.

A-5 Newsletters
Swaens uses La Posta to send newsletters. La Posta will never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of each newsletter is a link with which you can unsubscribe. You will no longer receive newsletters from Swaens. Your personal data is stored securely by La Posts. La Posta reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of the service and to share information with third parties in this context.
