At Swaens, quality, comfort, and reliability are our top priorities. That is why all our products are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product must meet the expectations you may reasonably have of it.
You can expect our products to function properly under normal use and to have the qualities that can reasonably be expected. This includes factors such as the type of product, the materials used, the information provided, normal usage, and compliance with washing and care instructions.
If, despite careful use, something is wrong with your product, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We carefully assess every request and are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
The statutory warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage resulting from failure to follow washing or maintenance instructions.
Any additional warranty offered by Swaens, a manufacturer, or a supplier does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
