Will I receive a message when I place an order?
You will always receive a confirmation email when placing your order. There you can find the details of the order including the shipping costs and payment details. Once the payment is received by us, your order will be prepared for shipment.

What do I pay for administrative processing?
There is no administrative fee.

How long does it take before I have my items?
For shipments within the Netherlands within one or two working days, provided the desired products are in stock. One or two working days also applies to shipments to Belgium. Shipments to other European countries take a little longer to arrive at their destination.

Can my order be followed with track and trace?
Yes, orders within the Netherlands can be followed with a Track & Trace code. All our orders are handled by PostNL.

Returns
We have great trust in the properties of bamboo textile. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to experience this yourself and to form your own opinion about bamboo. That is why at Swaens Bamboo Underwear you can always exchange or get your money back.

What are the requirements to exchange?
If the product you ordered does not fit or you think the color is not quite as desired, you can exchange it. You can exchange this article for the same item with a different size and/or color. If we have received your package, we will send you the new items.

Do I pay for shipping return costs?
Yes, the costs you make for the return of the items are for your account. We will then reimburse the costs for resending the products again.

How do I return or exchange?
That is simple. You send the order and the packing slip to us, indicating what you want. Or you send an e-mail to us; [email protected]. The address to which you can send the package is on the packing union.

Can I also get my money back?
Yes, but this is only possible if you return the article or the items undamaged within 14 days of receipt. If we have received your package, we will refund your money to your account within 3 days. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your account.

I have received the wrong product. What now?
Unfortunately, we can make a mistake and you can receive the wrong products. In that case, please contact [email protected] or call us 085 06 57 499. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for our account.
