Our webshop uses Kiyoh to collect customer reviews. Kiyoh applies various control and moderation measures to ensure the reliability and authenticity of reviews as much as possible. This allows you to read the experiences of other customers with confidence.
Who can leave a review?
Only customers who have actually placed an order can leave a review through an invitation sent by Kiyoh. A customer may also submit a review independently, after which Kiyoh may perform additional checks to verify the authenticity of the review.
How is authenticity guaranteed?
Kiyoh checks reviews both automatically and manually to prevent abuse and fake reviews. Among other things, they verify whether the reviewer has genuinely been a customer and whether the content complies with the platform guidelines.
Reviews may also be investigated if there is doubt about their authenticity. When there is uncertainty regarding the authenticity of a review, Kiyoh may carry out additional investigations. In this way, they aim to maintain a review system that is as reliable and transparent as possible.
Are both positive and negative reviews published?
Yes, both positive and negative reviews are published, provided they comply with Kiyoh’s guidelines. Reviews cannot be modified or removed by our webshop. However, it is possible to respond to a review in order to resolve questions or complaints further.
Are paid reviews published?
No, Kiyoh does not allow paid or purchased reviews. The review system is intended solely to collect honest experiences from real customers.
Within what timeframe are reviews checked and published?
Reviews are generally checked within a few days and then published once they comply with Kiyoh’s guidelines.
In which cases will a review not be published?
A review may be rejected or removed if it does not appear to come from a genuine customer, if there is abuse or spam, or if the content is inappropriate, offensive, or violates Kiyoh’s guidelines. Reviews containing personal data or duplicate submissions may also be rejected.
